Limerick and Cork based Auctioneer Pat Dooley has been working in the property sector for over 25 years and advises clients on all aspects related to buying, selling and renting property. He is a fully licensed Property Service Provider with the Property Regulatory Authority. From a single operator in 2009 Pat has grown the business over the years and now heads operations in REA Dooley Groups three offices in Limerick City, Newcastle West and Charleville.

He is also a professional Valuer with European Blue Book Accreditation and is a member of the Institute of professional Auctioneers and Valuers. In his downtime, Pat likes to keep active. He enjoys running, is a keen supporter of Limerick Hurling and enjoys his horse racing. Pat resides in County Limerick with his wife Margo and three daughters Katie, Ellie, and Lucy.

Chloe Gough graduated in 2007 with a BSc(hons) Degree in Property Valuation and Management at Limerick Institute of Technology. Originally from the North side of Limerick City, she has gained 20 years’ experience working in all aspects of Estate agency & Auctioneering in Limerick City and County specialising in residential sales, lettings & valuation work. 

Chloe is also a professional Valuer with European Blue Book Accreditation and is a member of the Institute of professional Auctioneers and Valuers. She is a fully licensed Property Service Provider with the Property Regulatory Authority. In her spare time, she is a keen supporter of Munster Rugby, enjoys live music concerts and travelling abroad

Liam is a member of REA Dooley Group team since 2019 having completed the Auctioneering and Property Management apprenticeship. Liam is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is based in Newcastle West in County Limerick. He specialises in all aspects of buying, selling, valuing and renting property.

Liam has a passion for property and sport. At the weekends, Liam doubles up as a Sports Commentator for RTE and GAA+ and is an avid follower of Limerick GAA.

Susan has been a valued member of REA Dooley Group since 2014, serving as a dedicated Administrator in the Limerick City office. Supporting a high-performing team, she plays a central role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Susan oversees daily administrative functions, CRM management, marketing coordination, listing administration, social media activity, and client communications. Highly organised and proactive, she consistently stays one step ahead, enabling agents to focus fully on delivering exceptional service to their clients. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, Susan contributes significantly to the continued success and reputation of REA Dooley Group.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and following hurling and rugby.

Ann-Marie has been a valued member of the team at REA Dooley Group since 2019, bringing professionalism, efficiency, and a strong client-focused approach to her role as Administrator.

With a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, Ann-Marie plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. She supports the sales and lettings teams, manages client communications, and oversees administrative processes with accuracy and care. Her approachable manner and commitment to high standards help create a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike.

Outside of work Ann-Marie enjoys spending time with family and live music.

Cathey is a Administrator and Lettings Manager with over two decades of experience in the property industry. With a strong passion for property and operational excellence, she takes ownership of the day-to-day administrative functions, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination, based in the Charleville office.

Cathey became a member of the team when Pat acquired the Charleville office in 2025, having previously worked with Sherry FitzGerald Walsh since 2017. She is a licensed Property Service Provider with the PSRA. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and staying active.

Former Director of Sherry FitzGerald Walsh acquired by REA Dooley Group in 2025. With 30 years’ experience working in all aspects of Estate Agency and Auctioneering, Derry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise of the property market in the local area.

Outside of the office, he enjoys socialising and is a keen follower of all sports.

Aidan O’Brien is a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Negotiator with REA Dooley Group. Having completed his apprenticeship with GRETB in Athenry, Aidan has developed a strong foundation in property practice, customer service, and professional standards.

Aidan brings enthusiasm, integrity, and a proactive approach to every client interaction. He works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Jane a member of the REA Dooley Group team since 2013 is a Certified Auctioneer and Valuer. She is a member of the IPAV and a professional valuer with European Group of Valuers Association (TEGOVA) as a Residential Valuer.  Jane is a fully licensed Property Service Provider with the Property Regulator Authority. Currently specialising in residential valuations providing evidence-based assessments of property value, who also has experience in all aspects of the industry including sales, rentals, accounts and administration.

Jane from County Limerick has a vast knowledge of country living, farming and equestrian life.  In her spare time enjoys family time along with outdoor activities with a keen interest in the equestrian sector.

Laura has been photographing property in Limerick for ten years. Striving to capture the essence and feeling of a property, a moment in time, a subject, or landscape has become a passion of hers.

Laura is also a cook and painter.  Whilst cooking in Scotland and Ireland photographing wild landscapes and weather fronts to paint later. Laura lives in Co Limerick on a Dairy and stud farm with her partner and two daughters.
